![]() I'm looking for any way to get back to retrieval if the data isn't permanently erased on. I downloaded x11 and attempted to install it but I get a message that it is already included and therefore can't be installed. I'm using OpenOffice 3.3.0, and Mac OS X 10.4.11 To refresh the problem, on restarting the crashed computer it offered retrieval (as normal for unsaved work), but I accidentally clicked cancel, mistaking it for another ID box I normally cancel on Safari. I have a imac8,1-mac os x 10.5.8, 2.4 HGz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB 800 MHz ddr2 sdram-well, first of all this has been the best Computer I have ever owned! I downloaded a cam video using "Vuze" several months ago, and thats were my problems have started! its been getting worst, and now I cant even use it! freezes all the time, spinning circle everytime I try to do anything or just touch my mouse & slow!! anytime I plug an external hard drive in, it states its been corrupt! FYI- Vuze has been a great program for me, but I got greedy & stupid, and downloaded some cam movies! ive used the program since 2008!-heres the info on my original mac i wrote about-ibook G4, 10.4.11, 1.33 GHz powerpc G4, 1GB DDR SDRAM, powerbook 6,7-at this point, Im not going to update the powerbook with 10.5, as it would be cheaper to get a newer(used)labtop! is it easy to download an earlier version of itunes for it?. I'm running OS 10.4.11 and when attempting to open Gimp I get the Apple x11 message.
